1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of voltforgetools.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy, cookie policy, delivery information and returns policy.

2. About us

UK law requires this information to be published. It must be completed with genuine details before the store trades.

3. Products and information

We take reasonable care to ensure product information, specifications, imagery and part numbers are accurate. Product specifications are supplied by manufacturers and can change without notice. Where a specification matters to your purchase, confirm it with us before ordering.

Product images are representative. Colours may vary between screens. Where a product is supplied in updated packaging or a revised version by the manufacturer, the item supplied may differ in appearance from the image shown.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you complete payment.

If we make an error in a price we will contact you before dispatch. You may then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We are not obliged to supply goods at an incorrect price.

5. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, or when we email confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. Until that point we may decline an order, including where an item is out of stock, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraud.

If we cannot supply an item you have ordered we will tell you and refund any amount paid for it.

6. Payment

Card payments are processed by our payment service provider. Card details are transmitted directly to the payment provider and are never stored on our website. Full payment is required before dispatch unless separate credit terms have been agreed in writing.

7. Delivery

See our delivery information. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellation and returns

See our returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty terms, duration and registration requirements vary by manufacturer; check the documentation supplied with your product. Some manufacturers require registration within a set period for extended warranty cover.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Trade accounts

Credit terms are offered only where agreed in writing. Overdue accounts may be suspended without notice. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this website or products purchased from it.

12. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or reproduce any of its content without written permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your part of the United Kingdom.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
