Rates above are configured in WooCommerce under Settings → Shipping. Confirm they match your actual courier contract before launch, and add next-working-day and heavier-item rates as required.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. The store is currently configured to sell and ship to the United Kingdom only. If you need delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland highlands or an overseas address, contact us for a quote.
Processing and dispatch
In-stock items ordered before the cut-off are dispatched the same or next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.
We do not publish guaranteed delivery timescales we cannot meet. Where an item is on back order the product page states this, and we will tell you the expected availability before you pay if the situation changes.
Larger and heavier items
Workshop machinery, compressors, generators and other heavy goods may ship on a pallet service and can require a kerbside delivery. If your order contains such items we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Tracking
Where your carrier provides tracking, a tracking reference is added to your order and emailed to you. We do not display tracking information that has not been supplied by the carrier.
Problems with a delivery
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging. This makes a claim far easier to resolve.
